  • Hi kfallis, I’ve added checks to our Plugin so that notices and actions only run on our Plugin screen, can you confirm the URL to the Product CSV Plugin you mention? I’ll check compatibility to ensure we’re playing nice with other Plugins.

Thanks for the quick response. It’s woo themes

The issue is that when your plugin is active and you upload a product CSV for import into woocommerce it automatically says changes saved which makes no sense b/c you’ve just uploaded a file. It does allow you to continue but won’t take 1 line of the import

Hi kfallis, that’s the one, this is resolved in the minor Plugin update going out in a few minutes. Thanks for the heads up 🙂

    awesome – two other things
    1. why can’t you export a list of attributes? Seems like a basic function
    2. can you sort how to export brands out of woocommerce (i.e. by company) – would be insanely valuable

Hi kfallis, what do you mean by Brands within WooCommerce, can you point me to a Plugin URL or detail page about this feature? Happy to add support for it. We do support exporting Attributes as part of the Products export, are you thinking a separate ‘Attributes’ export type? What export columns would you want to see? Happy to build it! 🙂

when you load this extension into woocommerce it creates a beautiful list of companies you sell on an ecommerce site. Being able to export by brand would be amazingly useful
so you got every single item that was attached to that brand

as for attributes – it lets you export them with the products which is fine but we have hundreds of thousands of products that are imported and woocommerce isn’t smart enough to merge attributes on import so we need to merge/clean up actual attributes- would be great if you could just get a CSV file of a list that are already in your site in press of one button rather than having to copy/paste list from within products etc and then tweak formatting

is this now in basic or premium addition?

Hi kfallis, Brands support is now available within Pro. We’re looking at the new Attributes export type and what types of export columns are required to make this happen.
