hi
Could you visit >Settings>System and turn off “Suppress other pricing plugins in frontend” ?
thanks, Alex
Hi,
I just tried your solution, and the error persists: https://imgur.com/a/ZBtXxWr
However, the rules work perfectly: the product is automatically added to ther cart for free: https://imgur.com/a/iQA06bS
hi
Please, share the screenshot of active rule.
thanks ,Alex
Could you try this code ?
add_filter( 'wdp_modify_price_html', function($modify, $price_html, $product, $qty){
if ($product->is_type( 'variable' )) {
return false;
}
return $modify;
}, 10, 4 );
It worked ! (at least on my staging website).
Does it have any website performance side effect?
no, this hook effects to my plugin only.
Hi,
The plugin is conflicting with a product add-on.
So the product costs 29.90€.
The add-on cost 2,90€.
The free product is added on the cart as supposed. But the add-on price gets to 0.
Here´s a product that follows the conditions to be added a free product added on cart: https://imgur.com/a/dGW57F3 . The price should be 32,80€ (29,90€ + 2,90€).
Here´s a product with uses the same add-on and on the cart has right the price (product + add-on cost). This product is not impacted by the free product because it doesn´t meet the conditions to be added the free product: https://imgur.com/a/vbJoPwz
What can I do?
Best regards,
Ricardo Franco
Hi Alex,
Should I add it to functions.php?
When you offer a free product, even though the price is 0, the tax class must be the same. I´m getting an error because of this on my invoice software!
Best regards,
Ricardo Franco
hi Ricardo
yes, use functions.php or https://wordpress.org/plugins/code-snippets/
our plugin doesn’t modify tax class for free product.
thanks, Alex
Hi,
When a given product has mandatory add-ons, its price will get also struckthrough.
Have you already noticed this issue?
