Support » Plugin: Olevmedia Shortcodes » Conflict with plugins that use tinymce

  • Thank you for this plugin!

I have found a solution to a conflict between this plugin and any other plugin that uses the TinyMCE editor in the WordPress dashboard.

The Javascript inserted by this plugin in plugin.js contains an undefined string OMSC_PLUGIN_PATH_URL, which will break the dashboard. The problem was discovered when editing a membership level under the Paid Memberships Pro plugin.

The solution I used was to modify the string to a relative path. This might not be the best solution but I was pressed for time.

If you have the same problem and would like a temporary fix, you need to edit plugin.js and replace:

    image: OMSC_PLUGIN_PATH_URL+'assets/img/button-shortcodes.png'

    image: '../wp-content/plugins/olevmedia-shortcodes/assets/img/button-shortcodes.png'
