    When this plugin is activated while using the Phlox theme, it breaks the Elementor counter box element (the counter sits at zero and will not count up.) When I deactivate the plugin to fix the counter boxes, it breaks scrolling on the site (site will no longer scroll.) I’ve tried deactivating all other plugins except Elementor and the problem remains. Switching to another theme does resolve the problem (both the scrolling and the counter boxes), which leads me to believe that the conflict is with the Phlox theme specifically.

    I’ve installed the update and now scrolling is broken whether or not the plugin is activated. I have again tried deactivating all other plugins with no luck.

    Hi,

    I’ve reviewed this and you’re correct, the conflict is with the theme.

    Hence, I’d suggest that you get in touch with the theme developer so that they can help resolve the issue on their end.

    I hope this helps.

    Thanks.

    It’s not just a problem with the theme, though. Scrolling previously worked as long as your plugin was enabled. Since your update, scrolling is broken with or without the plugin. Can you please provide another fix or at least get it back to scrolling when the plugin is active?

    A fix for your website: https://stuartmcfaul.com/about-us-new/ whether the plugin is activated or not is:

    html, body {
        overflow-y: auto !important;
    }

    Paste the above code in Customize > Additional CSS

    However, it’s important to note that the conflicts are with the theme, and I suggest that you get in touch with the theme developer so that they can help resolve the issues on their end.

    Hope this helps.
