    Hello,

I am using Paid Membership Pro along with Buddypress. I’m also using your plugin because I love it, so thank you very much πŸ™‚

I’m running into an issue where the member signs up and is brought to their profile page first before Paid Membership Pro is able to set their member level.

When I deactivate your plugin it is able to set the member level. But then they don’t have to set their profile image.

Is there a way to delay the requirement to upload a photo until after the membership is set?

    Thanks,

    Neil

    Hi Neil,
Thank you for using the plugin.

Can you please ask PMPro support if there is anyway to detect the screen where they setup membership. We can exclude that screen from redirects then.

    Thank you
    Brajesh

Thank you for your replay. It looks like it would be

    /membership-account/membership-confirmation/?level=1

Possibly with different level ID numbers at the end. so maybe this would work too:

    /membership-account/membership-confirmation/

    Thanks again,

    Hi Neil,
    Thank you.

    I will check.

I just need to know if ‘/membership-confirmation/’ is a page or an end point.
I will try installing PMPro later today to check it.

Will get back to you in next 24 hours.

    Thank you
    Brajesh

    Hi Brajesh,

How are you? I wanted to follow up to see if you had any luck with testing this out last night?

    Thanks,

    Neil

I wanted to mention that /membership-confirmation/ is a page on my site. It populates with the /?level=1 or whatever the level ID is.

    I hope that helps.

    Best,

    Neil

    Hello,

I don’t mean to bother you, but I really love your plugin and hope so much that I will be able to use it. Is there anything I can do to help you to find a way to exclude the PMPro screens from the redirect action?

    Thanks again πŸ™‚

That worked great Brajesh! I tried it using two different level IDs and they both worked perfectly.

Thanks again for your help on this, I’m so happy to be using your plugin again πŸ™‚

    Best regards,

    Neil
