    Hi there,
    Love the plugin!
    Unfortunately it seems to cause an issue with the Oxipay Payment Gateway for WooCommerce.

    Basically with your plugin active the Oxipay gateway ‘payment box’ displays a message ‘4 payments of $0.00’ rather than the correct ‘4 payments of $32.39’ (for example).

    I have no idea why this is happening, but it happens regardless of whether a fee is applied to Oxipay gateway or not.

    Any thoughts you might have about how I can fix this would be very much appreciated.

    Hi,

    does it work properly with other payment options? If yes, it’s weird, could you check to debug log, if there is something which give us more info? More details how to turn it on are here: https://codex.wordpress.org/Debugging_in_WordPress#WP_DEBUG_LOG

    Have you contacted as well the gateway? Maybe their implementation is non-standard and they could help as well.

    Hi Karolina,
    Thank you for getting back to me so quickly ๐Ÿ™‚

    Nothing in the debug log to suggest any php errors, I have contacted Oxipay regarding this as well… though as it’s late here I don’t expect a reply until tomorrow.

    Your plugin actually works perfectly for all gateways, by which I mean it applies the fees set up for credit card / PayPal and Oxipay (if a customer clicks ‘Proceed to Oxipay’ to complete their purchase, the amount being charged is correct, including the added fee) for some reason though, it seems to interfere with the amount displayed in the โ€˜payment boxโ€™.

    Very much appreciate your help ๐Ÿ™‚

    Hi Jape,

    I see it looks like the Oxipay is not taking the amount properly as it should (and Paypal and other Gateways does). I will be happy to assist, but it looks more like a bug at their side. Since the last thing my plugin does, it’s adding a fee to the order.

    Let’s wait for their answer because I’m afraid that I can’t fix it.

    I assumed it was likely an issue with the Oxipay plugin, but figured I should double check with you guys in case it was something you’d seen before.
