Hello. I have the current versions of Anti-spam (3.5) and WordPress (4.1.1). I have been using your plugin for quite some time, and it is awesome.

I am trying to add the Optincrusher plugin, which is something I have been looking for for a long time. However, when I enable Optincrusher, apparently Anti-spam “breaks.” The “Current ye@r*” field shows up.

I see several others have had similar issues, but I am not sure what (if anything) I can do about it. Is there some workaround that you can direct me in, by any chance? (Jquery is not something I am familiar with, but I can follow directions to edit basic code, if need be.)

I did email the Optincrusher author, as well; this was their response:

Optincrusher only few js files which is required to function this plugin. If you are sure that Anti-Spam Plugin is having conflict with Optincrusher then the only problem I can think is loading of same Jquery files twice. Try disabling one can fix the issue, unfortunately, currently we are not offering such support!

I currently have the Optincrusher disabled. Here is an example page of where there would be a problem; not sure if that does you any good with Optincrusher disabled. I could enable it temporarily if necessary.

    Thank you.

  • You may enable the Optincrusher plugin and I can take a look.

Thank you. I have activated Optincrusher and now I’m really confused. It is not reacting the same this time as the last two times I tried. I am going to set up all the settings and report back here as soon as I can. (Sorry!)

I am so sorry! It is working just fine now. I have no idea why; I cannot think of a thing I have changed, but I will take that, of course.

I greatly appreciate your prompt reply.

    It’s ok. No problem.
