    Hi,

Recently, you’ve fixed conflict with WordFence and I’ve noticed that. Actually, I’m using NinjaFirewall WP Edition as my blog security and your analytic plugin stops working with NinjaFirewall, please fix conflict with NinjaFirewall too.

Thanks for great work, keep it up

  • Hi @rehana080285,

How do I replicate this issue?

    Are you certain it’s NinjaFirewall?

    Thanks!

    -Jay

    Hi Jay,

First of all thank you for reply and showing your concern to fix bugs. Yeah, I’m certain that it is NinjaFirewall security plugin.

    Plugin URL: https://wordpress.org/plugins/ninjafirewall/

Actually, I’m not developer or technical knowlege on how to fix it, so, I personally couldn’t be helpful in fixing this issue. However, I would say that your plugin is highly useful and it can be huge success in the future. But, it should be compatible for all other plugins specially security plugins.

I’m confident that you’d be come up with quick solution because you’ve recently fixed conflict between your plugin and Wordfence.

Thanks for your great work, keep it up

    Hi @rehana080285,

Unfortunately, I wasn’t able to replicate the issue on my testing site: http://cloud.supportally.com/a318972e7008

Rather, ExactMetrics authenticated and is displaying the statistics fine on my testing website.

Therefore, I’m looking for more direction on how to replicate the issue, since Ninjafirewall might be necessary, but is not a sufficient condition for me to replicate this issue.

For instance, the following information can help us get to the bottom of this issue more quickly:

    Explanation of the issue
What happens, under which versions, under what conditions, when, and what were you expecting instead.

Steps necessary to reproduce the issue

Does the issue occur with only ExactMetrics, Ninjafirewall, and the WordPress default theme active?

    https://wordpress.org/themes/twentynineteen/
    – If so, what are the required settings in NinjaFirewall to trigger the issue?
    – If not, what other necessary conditions, in addition to the settings in NinjaFirewall, are also required to cause the issue?

    Thank you,

    -Jay

    Hi Jay,

You’re really passionate developer bro, I’m excited to chat with you. You’re so helpful and eager to fix the bugs to make this plugin successful.

Meanwhile, I’m using latest version of wordpress, default theme, Ninjafirewall with full WAF mode.

I think this full WAF mode is restricting your plugin to access some API or data.

At last, bro, don’t worry, this problem or issue won’t effect plugin success because very few users use NinjaFirewall. Plus, Rare user enables this Full WAF mode on their server,so I don’t think that it will impact anything.

Now, don’t waste your time in this issue.

Thanks you for your support and for your passion about this plugin. I’m very very satisfied and feeling proud that I’m with you.

    I’m making this issue resolved
