MySiteMyWay themes have an editor for creating content on the home page. They optionally allow more stuff on their home page.

Internal Link Manager interferes with the operation of this function of their editor, so what gets displayed is not what was created in the editor.

This issue is most likely outside the scope of the plugin as it’s meant to be used in a standard WordPress editing environment.
