Conflict with Meteor Slides shortcode

Hi, I was helping a user of my plugin, Meteor Slides, and I learned that Shortcodes Ultimate is adding a bunch of paragraph tags to slideshows that are added using the slideshow shortcode. Have you run into any other issues like this with your plugin?
