I have a client who uses Hootsuite (no plugin) but she was having problems. I found on Hootsuite’s website that it has problems with BBQ. Is there anything I can do so I can keep using BBQ? I love the simplicity of BBQ – an elegant security solution vs. solutions with zillions of options and settings.

Sure, what exactly are the “problems” and I’ll try to help.

My client reported that Hootsuite couldn’t find the blog. My best guess after a lot of searching for the possible cause was this page: https://help.hootsuite.com/entries/22201246-WordPress-org-App-Known-Issues (we are not using a hootsuite plugin). My client is using the “App” which I know nothing about.

On that page, BBQ is included as an example of the types of plugins that may cause problems. I don’t have access to the “App” or whatever, but if you can provide any real evidence that BBQ is involved, I will try to get it fixed up asap.
