On our client’s site (sasany.org), if the Members plugin is active, the Gravity Forms PayPal Checkout Add-On fails to load and cannot be set up for use in their Gravity Forms.

When we disable the Members plugin, in can be used normally.

Here is a quick video showing the issue.

    Hi @freshysites

Unfortunately, Gravity Forms PayPal Checkout Add-On is a paid plugin, so it’s difficult to debug this issue. I can ask them for a free developer license to check possible conflict, but can’t guarantee that we’ll be able to get that plugin. Sorry about that.

    Hey @caseproof,

Not sure what happened, but my previous responses seem to have been deleted alongside the replies from a moderator.

Our client actually ran into the same issue with the Stripe addon as well. With the Members plugin activated, we cannot configure the Stripe plugin within the Gravity Forms settings screen.

Yes. For cause. The forums sent you an email about why your replies were archived. Read those emails, the replies were very clear.

    Hi @caseproof,

Just checking in to see if you were able to check into the issue which also impacts the free Stripe addon.

    Hi @freshysites

I tested this free plugin: https://wordpress.org/plugins/gravity-forms-stripe/ and didn’t find any issues. If this is the same plugin you mentioned, can you provide more details about how to recreate this issue?

    Hey @caseproof,

The plugin in use is the official Stripe addon for Gravity Forms.

With the Members plugin active, it is not possible to set up the addon because it is hidden from the Gravity Forms setting page.

If you disable the Members plugin, then the addon appears where it should and can be configured.

    Hi @freshysites

This is paid plugin provided by Gravity Forms, so it’s hard to debug when I don’t have Gravity Forms account. Have you checked Gravity Forms tab in Members → Roles section? Maybe there is some capability responsible for that section.

    Kind regards

    Happy Friday @caseproof ,

Yes, that’s perfect! That’s exactly what the issue was.

Thanks for your help with this. 😀

    Have a great weekend!
