Conflict with Gravity Forms 1.9.2

Hello – LOVE your product, and very bummed to discover that it doesn’t work with the latest version of Gravity Forms v 1.9.2. I just did a plugin test and this was the one that created the conflict. I receive a message at the top of the page that says: An error occurred while loading the calendar: undefined.
All I see at the top of the page are the column headers for the days of the week. The rest of the page is blank.
Please let me know if you have any suggestions.
