    Hello WPForms Team,

There seems to be a conflict with WPForms and a plugin that I have that enables frontend post submissions. The error starts off with the following line:

“Fatal error: Uncaught Error: Call to undefined function WPForms\Admin\Education\wpforms_admin_upgrade_link()”

I’m not too technical, but I ran this through ChatGPT and it says, “the issue appears to be with WPForms rather than the frontend submission form itself. The error message specifically points to a problem within the WPForms plugin code, indicating a call to an undefined function (wpforms_admin_upgrade_link()). This suggests that there may be an issue with the WPForms plugin’s code or its integration with other parts of your site.”

When I deactivated WPForms, the frontend submission works fine. I’ve deleted and reinstalled WPForms, and the issue persists. Any suggestions?

    Hi @bibblybob,

    Thanks for reaching out!

Could you please let me know the frontend post submissions plugin you’re using? This way, I can search for it on https://wordpress.org/plugins/, and try to reproduce the issue to provide further information.

    Thanks!

Hi @rsouzaam , the plugin is a premium one that isn’t available in the WP plugin repository. It’s called BuzzEditor, and it comes with a theme called Newsy:

I could provide admin access to a staging site if that helps.

    Thanks.

    Hi @bibblybob,

    Thanks for the information!

Please do not share admin access, since this is not allowed by the Forum Guidelines.

As I cannot try to reproduce the issue, since it’s related to a premium plugin, please share the complete stack trace of the error. This way, we can check the line of code that is triggering the error.

Please know that WordPress sends an email to the site admin with the stack trace whenever a fatal error is reported. So, please check your mailbox to get the stack trace.

    Thanks!

Hi @rsouzaam , thanks for your help. I didn’t seem to get an email. But I installed a debug plugin and it provided me with the following information:
