i tried to deactivate plugin and it didint make any difference. is it because once its activated it edits bunch of config files that dont go back to normal even if its been deactivated?

Hi mdaltd can you deactivate all your other plugins except this one and the contact form plugin. Can you then carry out another test?

    In regards to your question…..

Is there any known conflict issue between This plugin with any other form creating plugin?

I use this plugin with two different contact form plugins. It works like a charm. The contact forms I use are

    • 1) Contact Form 7
    • 2) Fast secure Contact Form.

No. If AIOWPS is deactivated it will definitely not affect your form submissions.

I think your form plugin itself might be the problem because it looks like you are trying to serve a publicly accessible form which is trying to use ajax code served by the admin side.
This is the error I saw using the browser developer tools:
    POST https://mdaltd.org.au/wp-admin/admin-ajax.php 404 (Not Found)
