• Resolved LS

While using Custom Post Widget in the sidebar on an events page (created with the ‘Events Manager’ plugin), it repeats the event post inside the sidebar widgets.

If I check “do not apply content filters” on the widget, that solves the problem (but creates a new one because now I have manually add p tags, etc… to the widget).

Is there a way to fix this conflict in a better way?

  • Same problem here…. Thanks for your temporary fix, but I too will need a fix as I will have end users editing content blocks…

I also just realized that manually adding p tags isn’t a realistic fix, because I have to add them inside the Content Block, and then the widget just strips them out again. So now all my content block widgets are formatted incorrectly.

Hopefully the developer checks the forums regularly.

This is something that needs to be fixed by the developer of the events manager plugin. It apparently injects its events everywhere in get_post().

Thank you for the info. I’ll post this on their forum. Thanks!
