Conflict with Elementor and Jetpack

    Hello,

    I’m working on a website to help the owner to build pages. I installed Elementor to build some pages and tried to activate Jetpack.

    The activation worked but it’s impossible to lunch the recommended settings and when I try to go on the pages constructed with Elementor, I got a white screen.

    The white screen desappear when I deactivate Jetpack.

    I’ve 2 personal websites working with Jetpack and Elementor and there is no problem on both.

    Could you help me fix it please ?

    Hi @coralinerib,

    I’ve 2 personal websites working with Jetpack and Elementor and there is no problem on both.

    If Elementor is working with Jetpack on two other sites, this suggests the issue is related to something specific to lydiebaffreau.com. It would be great if you could try switching themes to see if the same problem occurs.

    If it is, would you be able to send me the console error for the page you are unable to launch:

    I also noticed Jetpack is unable to generate a valid security token for lydiebaffreau.com so please try disconnecting Jetpack from your WordPress.com account and connecting it again.
