Support » Plugin: Relevanssi - A Better Search » Conflict with Elementor

Hi, I discovered a conflict between Relevanssi and Elementor. It seems Relevanssi interferes with Elementor’s internal search feature. For example, Elementor requires a search be done to connect one popup to another popup. Relevanssi blocks that search result, or at least doesn’t return any results. When Relevanssi is disabled, the problem goes away. Please see screenshot: https://www.dropbox.com/s/4panmq25e16yfl0/2019-08-18-01.jpg?dl=0

I tried testing this, but looks like it’s a Pro feature. Unfortunately I can’t test this, then.

Do you have Relevanssi enabled in admin searches? If you do, does it help if you disable it?

It’s likely possible to block Relevanssi from interfering with that search, but without access to Elementor Pro to see what’s actually going on, there’s nothing I can do about it.

Thanks Mikko, I think it’s working now. Correct, the popups are a Pro feature as far as I know.
