Hey Peter. Did you ask the Docxpresso team for insight on this?
This plugin just used WordPress filters and there would only be an issue if another plugin misuses these filters.
thanks, Till, and it could well be that my conclusions are off, I did however get a prompt response from Docxpresso:
“Docxpresso needs the zip and xml PHP modules that usually come installed by default but some hostings do not install them until “required”.
My host is SiteGround, and they confirmed that those modules are installed on my account.
I just tested again, and indeed, your plugin prevents the post content from posting. I am happy to give further details, but I am at the end of my rope figuring this out, as both the people from Docxpresso AND SiteGround sounded very confident and didn’t think there was anything to their end that would cause what I am experiencing. I am also aware though, how many folks are using YOUR plugin, and it would be weird if I was the only one having this issue, right?
If you have any insight, or question, I am happy to see this through a bit more, as I would love to use your plugin!
Peter
