Conflict with Datatables

    I’m using a plugin called Datatables for JQuery throughout my site and it is preventing the search bar from functioning. I get no results and see an error “Uncaught TypeError: f.getClientRects is not a function” etc. when I inspect the page. Thanks.

    Hi,

    I think you should ask the other plugin author to resolve the script error (if it’s indeed triggered by it), as it may also prevent other plugins as well as core script functions from working properly.

    You can try to change the script compatibility to ‘Minified Scoped’, here: https://i.imgur.com/G2lw9cm.png
    However that does not resolve the problem, if it works, it only bypasses it.
