Conflict with Cookie Notice

Hey there,

first of all, thanks for this great plugin. It does its job very well. On my website i have the problem, that preloader blocks the “Okay” button of my cookie notice in the bottom right corner of my site.

I have no idea whats the problem, but hopefully you can help. The main problem appears on mobile, where the cookie notice is half of the screen.
