conflict with contact form 7 plugin (500 Internal Server Error)

    i am not able to install both polldaddy plugin and contact form 7. it is giving 500 internal server error.

    I am on WP 3.9.1 + Buddypress 2.0.1 + Jetpack 3.1 + CF7 3.9.1

    now as soon as i install and activate polldaddy plugin i get that error 500 internal server error

    If i deactivate CF& and install polldaddy, it works fine.

    Any workaround?
