Conflict with Contact Form 7 after update

    Hi there,
    since the last update of “Generate PDF using Contact Form 7” our forms are not working anymore. When I deactivate the plugin, our forms work again.

    Is there a new conflict after the update?

    Hello,

    Thank you for reaching out to us and I’m sorry to hear about your issue
    I’ve managed to test it out and I was unable to see any functionality issues

    Can you please share the screenshot of the error if possible.

    And also can please try these steps for us:
    Deactivate All Plugins Installed on Your Website
    You can then reactivate these plugins one by one, to see when the error happens again.
    Switch to a Default WordPress Theme and try to troubleshoot

    Hi there. When the user clicks on the “send” button, the spinner loads endless. I tried deactivating all plugins and also switching to the default WP theme. The form works only when “Generate PDF using Contact Form 7” is deactivated.

    Hey There,

    We checked our demo url as per your report. Now its working.

    Issue was generated because permission were removed to folder where attachment is generated.
    Please check on your end,permission are set or not

    If in your case, permissions are already set and you are still facing issue
    please share screenshot of the error
