Conflict with Contact Form 7 (404 error)

Last update of Contact Form 7 made my forms not visible. Instead I got error [contact-form-7 404 “Not Found”].
Disabling Sierotki Plugin fixed my problem and Contact Forms are working fine.
Forms are more important but I hope I can use sierotki again soon.
