Conflict with CMB2 Codemirror

Hey James and others!

I’m sure this is related to the other Codemirror conflicts that you are already tracking, but in case you need some more evidence to help you troubleshoot, this plugin seems to have a conflict with the recent versions of CMB2 that include Codemirror support for their textarea_code field types.

After using this HTML Editor Syntax Highlighter + an older version of CMB2 on my site for a while (before Codemirror was included) without any issues, I finally updated CMB2 to the latest version recently.

And now on any post type where I am using CMB2’s textarea_code custom field type with Codemirror enabled, the HTML Editor Syntax Highlighter functionality in the post editor doesn’t work. However, it continues to work in post types where I am not using CMB2’s textarea_code field.

I hope this helps you find a solution! Your plugin has been a HUGE help in my work. It would be awesome to have it working alongside CMB2 again. 🙂
