Thanks for your reply. As I hope you can understand, I can’t do troubleshooting for a plugin I am not familiar with which is not part of my free version support. The issue may not actually be with our plugin either.
If you purchase our pro version I can provide more in-depth support which does cover conflicts and I can work with the other developer and advise them of any changes needed to their plugin, or if there’s an issue on our end, provide some kind of a solution.
