Could you disable all plugins except ‘WooCommerce’ and ‘YITH WooCommerce Wishlist’ and the Affiliates plugin and check if the problem persists?

We don’t use affiliate Plugin. It is supported by Woocommerce (built-in).
After Yith Wishlist deactivation, the links are ok…

I confirm that YITH WooCommerce Wishlist is responsible for this bug. Let me give you some informations, first of all i deactivate any other plugin except woocommerce and yith woocommerce wishlist, the problem was still there until i deactivated the last one. At woocommerce archive pages (where you can find the lsit of products) the “add to cart” button is working perfect. When i am on product page and i click on add to cart it gets only the first one parameter of the url, but i need three parameters for this url to work.

Add to cart button on the single product page is a submit button of a form, not a link. The post request of add to cart should contain add-to-cart, product_id, variation_id, and quantity.
By the way, the button isn’t altered or ain’t affected it in any way by YITH WooCommerce Wishlist.
Could you give us more information about this issue? Some screenshots could help us understand it in a better way.

When you choose to add a new product at woocommerce you can choose if this product is variable, simply or external/Affilicate product. If you select afflicate you will have to set a url, this is where the add to cart button will go to.
Is this understandable? If not please inform me to upload a screenshot.

We reproduced the problem and added a fix to prevent it. Now the Affiliate link will be add more than one parameter and will work fine.
The fix will be included in the next release.
