Support » Plugin: Sticky Header Effects for Elementor » Conflict when setting “Scroll Distance” 0px

    Amazing plugin! I’m just facing one issue when setting the Scroll Distance to 0px, the header overlaps with the first section of each page. How can I fix this without having to manually set a margin on each first section?
    For example:
    Note, this doesn’t happen if I set the Scroll Distance to 1px or higher, but the transition is not smooth.
    Thanks in advance!

    Edit: I just noticed as well that as soon as the page loads it seems ok, but in less than one second the section goes up (under the header).

    Hi, thanks! Try turning off the transparent option in the plugin and turn on elementor’s sticky option under motion effects. Set sticky to top. If you need a transparent header for specific pages then I suggest making the headers templates and using elementor’s display conditions to choose where to show them.
    I hope this helps

    Hey Robert thanks for the quick response.
    I’ve turned off the transparent option in the plugin but nothing changes. I understand that turning this option on it “will make the header overlap the main page so extra spacing at the top of sections may be necesary.” but now is Off and it keeps happening.
    I’m with Elementor Free so I can’t use their sticky option.

    This is how the Edit page looks with Scroll Distance 0:

    and like this with Scroll Distance 1 or higher:

    On the first case, I can’t edit the section properly.

    Could there be any other reason? Thank you.

    Can you add this custom css
    .she-header-yes, .she-header {
    position: sticky !important;

    Let me know if that helps. It’s hard to tell what’s going on without being able to see the code

    At 0px scroll distance that means all of the settings are being applied right away. 1px is recommended to apply settings as soon as scrolling starts while allowing it to reset at the very top pixel
