Thanks for this cool plugin, but it seems that Plugin Organizer is messing up my contact page after my Caldera form is submitted. I also had the submit button just stuck / frozen when trying to submit the form.

I noticed that this recent posting says the exact same thing: “Conflict with Contact Form 7 Started by: Emilybkk”

I deactivate Plugin Organizer, and the page works perfectly.

Thank you for your help and all your efforts 🙂

It’s not a conflict with plugin organizer. You’ve disabled Caldera somewhere it shouldnt be disabled. Like that person did with contact form 7.

I went ahead and figured this out for you. Caldera forms submit to this url.

    http://www.whateveryourdomainnameis.com/cf-api/[FORM_ID]

[FORM_ID] is replaced with whatever your form ID is. You can add a plugin filter with the permalink http://www.whateveryourdomainnameis.com/cf-api/ and select the also affect children checkbox and all your forms will work. Or you can enter the full URL for each form.

@foomagoo I’m lead dev for Caldera Forms. I just wanted to point out that the API URL is generated with Caldera_Forms::get_submit_url( $form_id ) there is a filter, caldera_forms_submission_url inside of there. https://calderaforms.com/doc/caldera_forms_submission_url/

Ok @shelob9. @wprox should be able to use that info to figure out their specific URL. They broke Caldera Forms by disabling it globally and just need to enable it on the ajax endpoint to get it working again.

Thanks a lot Jeff and Josh for your help!

I think I got this working with Jeff’s directions for the plugin filter to the CF API url.

Is it better that I instead “create a small plugin to hold the custom code…”?

If I don’t use Jeff’s directions, I’m not sure exactly what to do? Not a WP guru…

    Thanks again 🙂
