Conflict Redux FrameWork and Elementor

Have you considered contacting the Elementor team? We don’t exactly know other people’s products. 😉

If it works without Elementor, then it sounds like an issue on their end. I could be wrong.

@tritton74 I can appreciate your position. Perhaps you can take this list of suggestions and provide it to their team. Really I fear it’s not us that has changed something recently. If one of their team wants to work with us, we will gladly work with them.

• Redux has have had users using Elementor Pro for quite a while. This is the first complaint.
• Redux has not recently updated anything that would affect AJAX saving, so this must be a newer change on the Elementor side.
• You paid for a Pro version of Elementor, so they owe you the support
• You have not bought anything from us to date.

Inform them that 900,000 users on WP.org, and millions more off of WP.org use Redux and they should work to ensure their plugin is compatible with Redux to further support all their users and not to push their support requests onto other organizations. Elementor needs to support all of their user base. We will gladly work with one of their team if they can do some discovery on what the issue is.
