Support » Plugin: Relevanssi - A Better Search » Conflict with Beaver Builder

  • Hi, I’m using Relevanssi with Beaver Builder in a Multisites/Multilingual setup and when Relevanssi is activated I cannot save the pages created in Beaver Builder.
I created a staging environment for testing purpose, and the good people at Beaver Builder can’t figure what is going on here. We tried turning off all other plugins with the same result. As soon as we turn off Relevanssi we can save.

When we try to save, we get an HTTP/2 500 Internal Server Error in our console if Relevanssi is activated.

We tried turning off ModSecurity, it did not solve the problem.

So if you would have any idea it would be great. We can give you access to the testing environment if needed. And I can give you in private the contact at Beaver Builder that search for a solution.

If this issue involves WPML, the problem should be sorted out by 4.12.3, which is out in about five minutes.

If 4.12.3. doesn’t sort it out, then please tell me what the exact error message is behind that Internal Server Error.

Hi Mikko, we are not using WPML, we are unsing MultilingualPress in this setup. Also note that we tried deactivating everything but BeaverBuilder and Relevanssi and the problem was still present.
I think I was able to solve it by adding ressources to the server – 4Gb of memory (used to be 2Gb) and 4 processors (used to be 2).
So I would guess that the mix of tools is requiring a lot of ressources.

Ok, that’s good. Relevanssi provides no support for MultilingualPress, like it does for WPML and Polylang (filtering out the results language, using separate stopwords and synonyms for each language), but perhaps it works well enough.
