Hi @fabrixx2,
Can you please let us know what WordPress version are you using? If you are on the latest version of WP it should allow you replace the plugin’s files while trying to install it new using a .zip file in “Dashboard -> Plugins -> Add new -> Upload plugin -> Choose file”
Alternately, you can proceed with a full site and database backup ( to have a roll back option just in case that anything crashes due to the big jump in versions ) then delete NextGen Gallery plugin from your site then install the latest version of it new.
Hope this helps

I’ve last WordPress version.
Tryng to install manually:
nstallation of the plugin loaded from the file: nextgen-gallery.3.13.zip
Unpacking the package ...
Plugin installation ...
Destination directory already exists. / home / ....../ public_html / wp-content / plugins / nextgen-gallery /
But I no longer have the plugin installed and I have the galleries disabled
I removed the nextgen gallery folder with filezilla and reloaded the plugin and I found all the galleries, problem solved, maybe it depends on my recent database cleaning

Hi @fabrixx2,
Sometimes issues like this one are happening because of a big jump over the versions of the plugin ( I am assuming that the plugin’s folder name got changed in the meantime ).
Good to hear that manually deleting the plugin’s folder and installing the newest version has helped.
