Conflict of post types

Hello. Please tell me how to solve this problem?

I need 2 plug-ins on the site: the plugin of the catalog Prime Catalog and the plug-in for tests Wp-testing. When you activate one, the other stops working.

If Wp-testing stops working, then it says: “not the correct type of post”, and if the Prime Catalog ceases to work, then instead of the page with the map, the main page of the site opens (all internal pages of the catalog work).

This is some sort of conflict of the custom posts types? The author of the plugin of the catalog wrote: “It is most likely that you use the same alias for a custom post, you can change the second plug-in to achieve compatibility”
