    Hello @bdorat

I am sorry about the issue you are experiencing and I am happy to assist you with this.
Can you please specify the exact problem you are having with the Divi Builder? Also please make sure to disable the settings in Performance>General settings, save all settings, and purge the caches after each setting is disabled and see which setting might be causing the issue. Of course, you should start with the minify, and if the issue persists check the other features.
If the minify feature is causing the issue to go to Performance>minify and disable the setting one by one, followed by saving the settings and purging the cache.
I am personally using the Divi builder without any issues with the following settings for Minify:
    Minify enabled: Auto
HTML minify enabled. inline JS minification and Inline CSS minification
    JS minify on auto
    CSS minify on auto.
Also, please share your website URL and make sure that you are not using any other caching/minify plugin and that includes Cloudflare minify.
Please let us know the details so we can assist you further.
    Thank you!

    Hi Marko,

Thanks for your answer and help!

Can you please specify the exact problem you are having with the Divi Builder?
–> Sure. When i go to the library and want to modify a template, i got 2 options:
    – modify it in the editor: but i got a continue loading from Divi
    – modify it in the front end, and there, i got the 404 error page. For every single template of the library. Even the session and the module

“Performance>General settings, save all settings, and purge the caches after each setting is disabled and see which setting might be causing the issue. Of course, you should start with the minify, and if the issue persists check the other features.
If the minify feature is causing the issue to go to Performance>minify and disable the setting one by one, followed by saving the settings and purging the cache.”
–> Done. Actually, in the performance –> general, i only have 5 parts activated: page cache + Validate timestamps: + objet cache + browser cache + Lazy Loading.
    Minify was not activated.
Then, just now, i disable each one, one by one, clear cache, reconnection, etc… same result. Builder loads forever.

–> here, when you say on “auto”, does it mean “activate it”? Here my settings: https://snipboard.io/9ldvfz.jpg

–> yes W3TC is the only plugin used here.

    Hello @bdorat

Thank you for the information and the screenshots.
So I can see that the Minify is enabled on auto but disabled for logged in users. Disable the minify in Performance>General settings (simply deselect the enable checkbox) save all settings and purge the cache.
Make sure that in Performance>Page Cache, the option “Don’t Cache pages for logged in users” is enabled. See if the issue persists after this.
Also, while logged in and if you visit the page you wish to edit, and enable the “Enable Visual Builder” in the top menu bar, are you able to use divi builder?
    Thank you!

    Thx Marko for checking!
Yes, i re-authorized the minify when trying to set up js and css with inline.

So, now, i disable it completely.
Enable visual Builder is well working
But when going on Divi –> Library –> edit one of them –> same trouble.

    Screenshots:

    Disable minify: https://snipboard.io/M1oAPR.jpg
Don’t cache pages for logged in users: https://snipboard.io/Hq1vnV.jpg

Everytime, i click on Save Settings & Purge Caches and Ctrl +Suppr+shift to clean my browser cache.

Second option: is there a way to put in maintenance W3TC? I can use this when i need to update some page. Main content is already done…so, not a big deal. But if you are using Divi, i assume that i might have checked something somewhere where i should not.

    Thx a lot

    Hello @bdorat

    Thank you for the information.
I’ve checked this in the Divi –> Library –> edit and I am not experiencing any issues. The Divi builder loads fully and this is with Minify enabled.
Can you also please try to disable other plugins and just leave W3 Total Cache enabled and see if you are experiencing the issue?
The problem is that I cannot seem to replicate the issue as I am not seeing any.
Possibly some other plugins may conflict.

    Thanks!
