The link you have given has a Gravity Form not CF7.
For the 409 conflict error, did you try using a different internet connection, I’m having the same problem on my websites.
If you check console then there are showing CF7 conflict error and its not occur due to the internet connection.
I was able to submit the form, did not get any error. Neither did I see any error in console.
I saw a 409 error though which I think is related to my ISP.

Yes that’s the issue which you shared in the screenshot. please let me know how can I fixed 409 issues.

Are you able to submit the form when logged in?
Did you try submitting using different internet connection?
On my website the form works if I’m logged in or if I use a different internet connection.
