    Dear WP Menu Cart team,

I am using your plugin (pro version) with WPML and Woocommerce. The basic language of my website is simplified Chinese, secondary language is English.

I translated the WP-Menu Cart po. file to Chinese, and it works great until I turn WPML String Translation plugin on (which is a required plugin for me to use WPML with Woocommerce). Then the WP Menu Cart strings (“items”, “view cart”, etc…) stop being translated and all appear in English.

The po. file must be working fine as the translation appears if I desactivate String Translation plugin. If I go to the String Translation dashboard, the strings displayed on the Chinese version are in English language (like if there was no po. file).

I hope I’m clear, my website is http://www.kindoflight.com

Hope you can help me fix this.

Thanks a lot for the nice plugin and best regards,

    Thomas

    Hi Thomas,
The latest version of WP Menu Cart (both free and pro) allow you to deactivate WPML string translation. This should solve any conflicts that you are currently seeing. Since WordPress.org policy doesn’t allow us to handle premium support via this forum, I have also sent you an email and the latest pro version, but in case anyone is having the same issues with the free version I’m also covering this here.

    Have a great day!
    Ewout
