    Hi there, thanks for your feedback!

    This is no “conflict” or “issue”, this a feature, as explained in description and also in screenshots here.

    The post type is kept untouched, the plugin only changes the labels of the post type from “Document” to “Download” — but, don’t worry, in my plugin settings you can change it back by un-checking the checkbox “Post Type Labels & Icons”.

    The intention for my plugin was and is: if you want to use WPDR as a simple download manager then the labels etc. should also reflect this, otherwise it won’t make much sense to me…

    Dave,

    Sorry to disturb you again but now I got this “Sorry, desktop editing not supported by this browser or your current Office software. Please use the Upload option.” message when I try to “edit on destkop” the document.

    Is there a way to make it work?
