Conflict Between Smartcrawl and Discourse Plugin

Hi,

I am using the Discourse plugin to create posts on Discourse and link them with WordPress posts. However, when I create a post, it gets published on the Discourse forum but does not link automatically with the corresponding WordPress post. I have to manually link them afterward.

After investigating, I found that deactivating the Smartcrawl plugin resolves the issue, and the linking works as expected. It appears that Smartcrawl is interfering with the Discourse plugin’s functionality.

Could you please look into this conflict and suggest a possible solution or workaround?

Hi @manoj239

I hope you are doing well today.

As Discourse is a paid platform and we have limited knowledge about this plugin, I’m afraid that we will not be able to replicate this issue.

Can you disable SmartCrawl features one by one, and each time create a test post and see which feature makes the issue?

Hey, I tried disabling the settings and found that the Title & Meta settings are causing the conflict.
