Conflict between PowerPress media player and Facebook like button.

Hi.

I have been using PowerPress for a couple month. It all worked fine until recently when I changed my website theme to”Mature” from DigiPress.

The feeds are working fine but the media player stopped showing at all.

So I used the short code [powerpress] to see if it would solve the problem. It did solve the problem, however, it is causing a new problem now.

Whenever I add a media player to a blog post, the Facebook like button disappears, not in all the devices but only on smartphones. To be concrete I have only checked with iOs devices. Don’t know about Android devices.

The Facebook Like button shows up fine on a pc so I am wondering what is causing the problem here. Any ideas?

I have also tried the “Yes, please try fix the problem” option but the result is the same. Media player showing but the like button disappearing on iOS devices.
