 * Hello myCred,
 * I’m currently configuring myCred on my site, it’s a great plugin.
 * But, I noticed a problem that is affecting only the myCred Admin pages in myCred.
 * They simply get the page screen all white, with nothing inside.
 * So I looked for what might be causing this problem, and found the source of the
   error.
 * [Source of the Error]
   Plugin “WP Hide & Security Enhancer” when the “New Content
   Path” and “New Plugins Path” options are enabled.
 * Curiously this myCred is the only plugin in which this problem happens, and I
   use more than 30 plugins currently.
 * It’s honestly annoying to be forced to disable these “WP Hide & Security Enhancer”
   options whenever you need to access the myCred Admin options in myCred …
 * I do not know if someday you will be able to solve this problem, it seems to
   be something simple related to the directory of plugins / contents that apparently
   can not be changed [Unlike almost all other plugins].
 * Thank you!

 * Hi [@liparikimberly](https://wordpress.org/support/users/liparikimberly/),
 * Thank you for providing the details and for identifying the conflict.
 * We tested this behavior and confirmed that the issue is not caused by myCred
   itself. The problem occurs when **WP Hide & Security Enhancer** has the **“New
   Content Path”** and **“New Plugins Path”** options enabled. These settings modify
   the default WordPress plugin/content paths, which affects the way myCred’s admin
   pages load.
 * We also confirmed that the modified paths can affect other WordPress admin functionality
   as well, not only myCred.
 * Since this behavior is caused by the way the security plugin changes WordPress’s
   default paths, we recommend contacting the **WP Hide & Security Enhancer** developers
   so they can review and adjust their implementation for better compatibility.
 * As an alternative, you may also consider using a security plugin such as **Wordfence**,
   which provides security and firewall features without requiring these types of
   path modifications.
 * For now, disabling the **“New Content Path”** and **“New Plugins Path”** options
   should allow you to access the myCred admin pages normally.
 * Thank you for bringing this to our attention.
 * Thank you
