    Hi,

With Next Gen Gallery activated it seems to have some conflict with woocommerce jquery and breaks a number of things such as checkout and add to cart.

    Any ideas?

    Hi,

We are sorry to hear about such encountered issue but I must say that we haven’t heard of it before.

I would try to deactivate any other plugins and leave on just NextGen and WooCommerce, then also would switch to a “Twenty” theme, clear any caching just to make sure that there isn’t any other plugin that conflicts.

If that doesn’t help, I would recommend contacting our support at https://www.imagely.com/contact/ for the further assistance (the credentials of the site may be required )

    Best Regards,
    Mihai

    Hi @micheledibona!

Thank you for going through those troubleshooting steps in deactivating plugins. We would like to take a closer look at this conflict you’re seeing with woocommerce. It could be that there is a third element of your site causing the conflict. Please submit a bug report here, refer back to this forum thread, and mention that Becky sent you: http://www.imagely.com/report-bug

    Thank you!

    Fixed
    Solution:
Reach the hosting support and ask them to make sure that zlib.output.compression is being disabled for your domain.
