[Confit] Make navigation sidebar small and sticky

Hey guys,

I got a sidebar navigation, see here: http://reiten.bnhrl.de/

Can anyone tell me what i have to edit in the css/php to make the navigation like on this site: http://www.tierarzt-rosenheim.de/

Always staying in the middle of the window and just a box and not the full height of the window. Would be awesome if there is any help. Thanks a lot

EDIT: I know how to make it sticky. Simply changing the position from “absolute” to “fixed”… But now i need help with the height. Could be a problem that there is a widget box below the navigation.
