 * I have entered the page url, hoping I can track enquiries from form, but it doesn’t
   work. Any ideas why this might be happening?
 * Also, it form will be used for UK enquiries only. Is it possible to either remove
   countries entirely OR set UK as default?

 * I’m sorry, I don’t think I understand your question here. Can you re-phrase it
   for me? You can turn on contact saving on the settings page but I’m not sure 
   that’s what you’re asking.
 * As for the countries … there is nothing in the form that insinuates a country.
