confirmation message not working

    Hi,

    Any ideas why the confirmation message does not work with pop up form or form in the footer? It only works when the form is on a page.
    You can check all three on the homepage.
    Usinf flatsome theme.

    Hey @bramvds – Thanks for contacting us and I apologize for the delay in getting back to your support request.

    I tested the footer form, and after submission, it seems that the pad would redirect to the home page. When you have some time, can you please share a screenshot of the confirmation message settings that will help me to take a closer look including the lightbox issue you’re facing.

    Thanks. As i said it works on the on page form but not in the footer form or pop up.

    Hi @bramvds — You can redirect to specific URL based on the form submission by setting the confirmation type as “Redirect (URL)” — Please refer to this complete guide.
