    Hi javied,

When you get a chance, could you please share the URL where your form is displayed? This will help me to get a better look at the issue and offer suggestions.

    Thanks! ๐Ÿ™‚

    Hi,

    Here is a url :
    https://www.jgs.ie/

You will see a Quick Quote Button on the right hand side.(http://prntscr.com/il9wqo)

Mean while I have come up with the solution, I have again showeded my modal popup again when #wpforms-11206 comes in url.

If you have any better solution, Please let me know.

    Thanks

    Hey javied,

What you mentioned is definitely an acceptable solution. Another thing users do is to redirect users to a Thank You page after the form is submitted.

In the future we’re going to look at AJAX form submissions which should resolve the issue as it will eliminate the need for the page to refresh ๐Ÿ™‚

    Have a good one!

    Hi Jared,

Thanks. Yes Ajax form submissions is a good idea.

    Have a nice day.
