 * Hi!
    I am trying out the plugin. But when I test to subscribe with an e-mail-
   address the e-mail gets stuck in the queue, and I have to press the “Send mail
   now” button in the “Queue-setting”, after that the e-mail is sent. Also when
   I send a test-mail, there is no problem. I use the “This option uses your host’s
   local mail server to send emails.” Is this the way it’s supposed to work or should
   it send the confirmation-mail to the subscriber instantly?
 * Very grateful for any help! 🙂

 * Hi dompan,
 * Sending instantly should be working again with the release today 1.2.10.20. It
   should also create an entry in sending history and the queue so it is tracked.
 * Let me know if you don’t see instant emails for subscribers now.
 * Best,
    Josh

 * Hi!
    Thanks a lot! 🙂 I tried it and it works.
 * But….
    After a while (earlier today), it stopped working. Suddenly nothing happened
   when i test-registered on my site. I tried different emails (gmail, hotmail etc.).
   It said “ok” but there was no mail in the queue or nothing. Now it works again
   and the mails that wasn’t sent before are nowhere to be seen. When it wasn’t
   working i tried to send a testmail from the admin menu, and that worked, so it
   shouldn’t have been my hosting’s mail.(?)
 * Another question, can I change the message that comes up when I click the confirmation
   link in the email? (I might be blind, can’t find anything)
 * Thanks // Dominik

 * Me again!
    I have the same problem again. Just tried to register from my page
   and no emails are sent, and nothing in queue… Hmm, do you think there is something
   wrong with my page-setup?

 * Are you sending through your web host? Wondering if they’re blocking something
   since its intermittent.
 * Can you send us your URL? We could try signing up.

 * Hi Jason.
    Yes, my domain is dompan.se I tried to add a spf-record: `spf.dompan.
   se. 6400 IN TXT dompan.se. IN TXT "v=spf1 mx a ip4:66.7.199.204 include:manufrog.
   com"` I have also emailed my host-provider and asked if this is correct (i’m
   kind of noob in this)
 * I also tried to send a test-email through gmail, but i get an error:
 *     ```
       Port 25 seems to be blocked.

 * Ok, almost. SPF should indicate the SMTP server you are using. Since that server
   appears to be Gmail, then you should [include Google](https://support.google.com/a/answer/178723?hl=en).
 * `v=spf1 mx a ip4:66.7.199.204 include:manufrog.com include:_spf.google.com -all`

 * Did the SendPress plugin write this? Or you? Since you received a response from
   the Google server, the port is definitely not blocked.
 * > And then I get an email from google saying something like:”[An unsecure/old app tried to use your gmail-account](https://support.google.com/mail/answer/78754)“
 * Gmail uses a new authentication method called OAuth 2.0. My [SMTP plugin Postman](https://wordpress.org/plugins/postman-smtp/)
   is the only one for WordPress that supports it. It also works with SendPress
   newsletters. If you install my plugin, you have to use the SendPress option _Send
   Emails via Your Website_.
