 * Hello support team,
 * I’m using your plugin very often in my work, but on one page Forminator unfortunately
   stopped sending out confirmation mails. It worked fine just fine, until a customer
   complained that there’s no conformation sent out to _[@gmail](https://wordpress.org/support/users/gmail/).
   com_ users. Last friday I tested it successful with my own mail address, but
   now there is no email at all.
 * The entries can be found in the backend. I’m using Version 1.24.1 Version 6.2.2.

   I already spend a good amount checking everything, but nothing was changed because
   it worked just fine.Thank you for in advance and have a nice day

 * Hi [@tomimn](https://wordpress.org/support/users/tomimn/)
 * I hope you’re well today!
 * Forminator uses whatever method of sending e-mails is currently configured on
   your site, it’s not “overriding” it. By default, it’s a WordPress core “wp_mail()”
   function.
 * In most cases if this worked but stopped – it’s either an issue with e-mail provider
   of recipient or of the host where you host your site. It may be some kind of
   spam filter or some strict e-mail sending policy or even temporary server-level
   issues (or, e.g. no more space left for e-mails at your hosting account).
 * In majority of such cases, the solution is to switch WordPress to use SMTP for
   sending e-mails. Have you tried it already?
 * If not, I’d recommend giving it a try. It can be done using one of popular free
   plugins such as our own Branda or others – WP Mail SMPT, Post SMTP Mailer or
   similar.
 * Unless it’s an unexpected conflict on site, it should solve such issues in most
   cases.
 * Kind regards,
    Adam

 * Hey Adam,
 * thank you very much for your answer. It was a problem solved and probably made
   by our hoster. So good call by you.
   Thanks again and have a great day!
