    I’ve been getting strange issues with my confirmation emails my site is in English, but some of my clients and myself have been receiving our confirmations in Chinese/Japanese I’m not sure if there is a glitch in the plugin.
    I’ve attached 2 URL’s of screen shots to show the issue.
    I did a test this morning after my client contacted me with a copy of the confirmation email she received and I got the normal reply.

    Any thoughts on why this happened?

    Since my last report, although I received a correct email, I’m still getting the wrong language for my Administrator Confirmations.
    This is a really serious issue.
    I need urgent advice!
    Here is another screen print of what I’m receiving.

    Those emails seems to be received from spambots. Please confirm if those booking requests appear in the “bookings list” with a valid time-slot selected.

    In addition to that be sure to enable the captcha in all the booking forms.

    I also recommend you to install an email log plugin to control exactly the emails originated from the website.
