Try to change the confirmation email text. Remove completely the original text and write somthing of different, without the “subscription” word.

I just rewrote content from scratch, with progressive tests. I realized my confirmation email was blocked as soon as I put {subscription_confirm_url} into confirmation email. Like this or behind an html link.
After several tests, used phrasing was fine.
I assume it is anti spam issue. My website is hosted on OVH.

Got the same problem, so I did many changes to make it work without success…
So I removed my confirmation text e-mail. Now it works perfectly.

No progress. I can only send confirmation email manually by creating a newsletter with same content (than automatic confirmation email). But click rate is much lower than when it worked… Next week I will look for another plug in.

So what do you leave into you confirmation e-mail? As you need at least few things in order subscriber can click to confirm.
I’m going to contact OVH to ask for details why it isn’t working and how to solve the problem. If there will be some info, I’ll post it here.
Well, well. It seems to be back to normal.
I don’t know if some changes occured on OVH side or thanks to plug in editor (with last update or other backoffice change).

It works for me too. I thing they have changed something. Meanwhile I chose to use another mail service 🙁
