# Confirmation email “WordPress” / Content

 * Hi there,
 * i just installed the affiliates plug in and see that the confirmation email comes
   from “wordpress” and the content has the username, password and the link to the
   wp-admin area instead of the link to the affiliate page where the affiliate an
   then login.
    Is there a way to fix these two rather small issues?

 * Regarding the first issue please have a look at [wp_mail_from](https://codex.wordpress.org/Plugin_API/Filter_Reference/wp_mail_from)
   and [wp_mail_from_name](https://codex.wordpress.org/Plugin_API/Filter_Reference/wp_mail_from_name)
   and use the snippets demonstrated.
    Instead of this you can even use a plugin
   from the repository and set it up more easily.
 * Regarding the mail message you can modify it by using the filter [affiliates_new_affiliate_registration_message](http://docs.itthinx.com/document/affiliates/api/filters/).
   
   FYI, in the premium versions of [Affiliates Pro](http://docs.itthinx.com/document/affiliates-pro/notifications/)
   and [Affiliates Enterprise](http://docs.itthinx.com/document/affiliates-enterprise/notifications/)
   there are mail templates provided in the settings to modify the message through
   your Dashboard.
 * Custom snippets should be placed in the functions.php file of your active theme.
